扁獲准再保外就醫3個月

矯正署今天說，已經批准前總統陳水扁展延保外醫治三個月。矯正署於1月29日派人去高雄訪視阿扁，並參考高雄長庚紀念醫院診斷證明書認定阿扁病況未明顯改善，仍符合監獄行刑法第58條「在監不能為適當醫治」與矯正署保外醫治審核參考基準第5點「病情複雜，難以控制，隨時有致死之危險」狀況，核准陳前總統展延保外醫治期間三個月，至今年5月4日為止。展延期間臺中監獄仍將派員查看陳前總統病情變化，以為後續辦理終止或展延保外醫治之準據。
