全球最塞車城市雅加達難甩惡名

英國機油公司嘉實多（Castrol）最新一項調查報告指出，全球最塞車的城市是印尼首都雅加達。印尼另外一個大城泗水則是全球塞車情形最嚴重的第4名。

嘉實多利用衛星定位系統（GPS）編輯的汽車「剎車—行進指數」（Stop-Start Index），來評估全球各大城市的塞車程度。

調查顯示，調查結果，雅加達汽車駕駛者平均1年內剎車超過3萬2840次，遠超過世界上其他城市的車輛每年平均剎車1萬8000次。

塞車最嚴重的第2名至第5名城市分別是土耳其的伊斯坦堡（3萬2520次）、墨西哥市（Mexico City）（3萬840次）、印尼泗水（2萬9880次）和俄羅斯聖彼得堡（2萬9040次）。

台灣的台北市（2萬640次）和高雄市（2萬880次）也列入重度塞車的城市。

交通最順暢的城市是芬蘭的坦佩雷（Tampere），「剎車—行進指數」只有6240次。其次依序為荷蘭的鹿特丹（6360次）、斯洛伐克首都布拉第斯拉瓦（6840次）、阿拉伯聯合大公國的阿布達比（6840次）。
