商業本票的記載欄是什麼意思?

1.出票日就是發票日嗎?也就是填寫本票並交給持票人的當天日期吧?
A:本票，也只有一處發票日(於票據最底下)。
所以，該票據出票日應是指發票日無誤。

2.不寫利息日息及逾期違約金日息的話，可以嗎?
A:該欄位之利息，並非屬於本票之絕對紀載事項。
因此，不填載者，亦無礙。

3.此票背書人免作拒絕事由通知義務，是什麼意思?
A:免作拒絕事由....則是免作拒絕證書之意思。
也就是說，往後票據持票人對於前手(背書人)追索債務時，該被追索之人無力清償時，該執票人則免除作拒絕證書之謂。
簡單的說，這句話較貼近於實務，對於無碰觸過的人，較為抽象且不好理解。
