5座四大網球賽女單冠軍得主莎拉波娃是史上最會賺錢的女運動員！依據《富比世》雜誌去年與前年所公布「全球最高收入女運動員」前10名排行榜，網球球員占了7席，其中莎拉波娃連續10年蟬聯收入排行榜榜首。

莎拉波娃在2012年6月至2014年6月這兩年期間累積收入5340萬美元（約新台幣17億），而從2013年6月至去年6月為止，莎娃光是廣告代言就有2200萬美元，約7億新台幣。

球后小威過去兩年有4205萬美元進帳，約13.5億新台幣；去年退休的中國一姊李娜有4180萬美元，約13.3億新台幣。

莎拉波娃從2005年起至2014年，達成了全球最會賺錢女運動員10連霸。她還在2012年8月20日發布個人品牌「Sugarpova糖果」，當起了老板。
