向雞蛋妹的媽借錢　判經紀人還500萬

戲劇製作人兼經紀人曾禎數年前簽下了綽號雞蛋妹的藝人尤人立，3年多前曾禎周轉不靈，向雞蛋妹的母親借了500萬元，只還了4個月的利息20萬元後，就無力償還。雞蛋妹的母親催討不成，打官司要曾女還錢，高等法院今判決曾女須返還雞蛋妹的母親本金加利息500多萬元。可上訴。
 
此案審理時，曾禎辯稱錢是匯到她開設的傳播公司帳戶裡，應由公司還錢，不該找她要，一審認為錢確實是匯到傳播公司，判曾女免還錢。但高等法院調查發現，傳播公司當年度報稅資料中，沒有這筆借款的入帳記錄，可見錢是被曾禎私人支配使用，因此逆轉改判雞蛋妹的母親勝訴。(丁牧群／台北報導)
