惡性腫瘤小於2公分　防癌險拒賠

王姓女子15年前向某人壽公司買防癌險，前年驗出罹患直腸惡性腫瘤，申請保險金，卻被以腫瘤小於2公分算良性、不符契約「癌症」定義拒賠。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，前年王女到雙和醫院健檢，被告知大腸有異物，再到台大醫院做內視鏡黏膜下剝離術，判定是直腸惡性腫瘤。她申請早年購買的防癌險理賠卻被拒。壽險公司認為，腫瘤小於2公分算良性、不符契約的癌症定義。士林地院認為，沒規定惡性腫瘤必然大於2公分，病理切片檢查為惡性，判決壽險公司要給付理賠金88萬元。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
