大埔張藥房強拆案須付代拆保管費

內政部25日表示，內政部向苗栗縣政府查證結果，縣府向張藥房戶收取代為搬移屋內物件保管費用，為新台幣3萬3千元，並非媒體所報導的24萬2千元。

內政部次長蕭家淇表示，苗栗大埔張藥房強拆案，整起案件土地改良物補償費共79萬餘元，苗栗縣政府已在民國100年1月12日提存入土地徵收補償費保管專戶，張藥房戶迄今未領，未來若欲領取，將只能領取75萬7千元。張藥房戶被強拆坪數約5坪。
