第二屆IBAF世界少棒錦標賽，日本隊這次派出3-40人的加油團，成員都是球員家屬，加油口號一致，更重要的是他們還特別製作印有台灣地圖的加油服。
這款日本隊加油服由日本隊隊長鈴木流晟的父親鈴木幹生所設計，他說：「我們大約作了120件左右，還有主場跟客場版。」
藍色與紅色的加油服，正面有簡單的日本國旗，背面則是有武士與台灣的地圖，加上這次的大會英文名稱，十分有趣。
此外，由於日本正值暑假，許多小朋友也來幫哥哥們加油，有的喊聲比大人還大聲。 (接下一頁)
