台中帽子創意大賽　首獎5萬元

【廖玉如／台中報導】第12屆台中彩墨藝術節以帽子為主題，8/5~9將舉辦帽子創意大賽，首獎5萬元、第2名2萬元、第3名1萬元、佳作3名可各得5000元。另外，8/15~25舉行網路票選活動，得票最高者可再獲得最佳人氣獎金3000元。
 
參加資格為高中職以上之個人或團體(3人為限)，8/9前至活動網站（http://www.ze.com.tw/2013tsaimo/game.php）報名，並將列印出來的報名表及創作概念說明、作品圖檔光碟、授權及切結書郵寄至活動小組。
