標題[請益] 台G南科受訓

當初在面試,人資那邊有調查竹科,中科,南科的意願 因個人因素是選擇竹科,後來很幸運的也拿到竹科預聘 退伍前,收到通知要先到南科受訓,且受訓時間1-1.5年??! 這是否有點....變相調職??! 並不是說南科不好,只是個人未來的規畫是在北部 受訓完能不能回竹科來也還不一定吧?! 是每個新進員工的"受訓"時間都這麼長嗎? --
