家屬的呼喚
高雄勝鴻興號漁船3日返航在距離蚵仔寮漁港約200公尺時，不敵大浪沖擊翻覆，船員家屬聲聲呼喚親人的名字，在港邊等候親人返家。中央社記者王淑芬攝 102年8月3日

高雄勝鴻興號漁船在今（3）日中午返航至蚵仔寮漁港時，在港口附近遭4公尺的大浪襲擊翻覆，造成1人獲救、2人失蹤意外。
據《中央社》報導，勝鴻興漁船在凌晨出港，通常近午時返航，在蚵仔寮漁港拍賣漁獲。不料勝鴻興漁船今日出海返航時，突遇8級風掀起將近4公尺大浪，不到5秒鐘即翻覆。
漁船上共有3名工作人員，船長曾來興(61歲)及船員歐秋枝(38歲)及1名印尼籍漁工「阿西」，其中印尼籍漁工及時跳船獲救，其餘兩人截至傍晚還在搜尋。歐秋枝的父母接到消息趕到岸邊，情緒崩潰癱在地上，不斷呼喊失蹤兒子名字。
南巡局副局長許靜芝說，西南湧是造成勝鴻興號漁船翻覆的主因，上午蚵仔寮風浪穩定，但到中午開始變化。由於風浪實在太大，不只翻覆勝鴻興號漁船，連救援小艇也被大浪打翻，搜救人員將會視海象展開下一波救援行動。
