中央銀行12日公布7月準備貨幣日平均數2兆9418億元，較6月增加114億元，主要受到財政部償還銀行借款，發放各項補助款與統籌分配款，加上央行定存單到期等，使得準備貨幣增加。
根據央行統計，7月準備貨幣日平均數較6月增加114億元，其中，流通中通貨（通貨發行額扣除央行庫存現金）增加1億元，金融機構存放央行準備金增加113億元。
至於7月日平均準備貨幣年增率7.76%，較6月的7.73%，上升0.03個百分點。累計1至7月日平均準備貨幣平均年增率6.79%，較去年同期的5.01%高。
若就準備貨幣變動來源分析，央行表示，7月有財政部發行公債及國庫券、國庫向銀行借款、稅款繳庫及央行定存單到期續發等緊縮因素。
不過，財政部國庫券到期及公債還本付息、財政部償還銀行借款、發放各項補助款與統籌分配款，加上央行定存單到期等，使準備貨幣日平均數增加。
至於7月日平均準備貨幣年增率7.76%，較6月的7.73%，上升0.03個百分點。累計1至7月日平均準備貨幣平均年增率6.79%，較去年同期的5.01%高。
