標題[請益] AHCI對於SSD的影響很大嗎?

小弟最近房間裡的舊電腦越來越慢，想要來升級硬碟成為SSD， 配備是五年前的 Q6600 + 4G ram，晶片組是P31， 但無奈這塊板子SATA3沒有就算了，連AHCI都不支援.... 而之前小弟曾經把筆電硬碟換成M5S 128G (at SATA2, AHCI) 在速度方面頗滿意， 不知道如果房間的桌電換成SSD，但在沒有AHCI的的情況下， 效能或壽命方面會不會影響很大? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.113.240.147
