華視《花非花霧非霧》姚元浩在劇中詮釋「火爆浪子」耿若塵，與劉德凱、萬茜一來一往的「咆哮」吼翻片場，在戲中姚元浩和萬茜這對激熱情侶檔吻戲來真的，也是劇中吻最多的一組，也因吻戲多常牙齒撞牙齒，默契極佳！且劇中還有唯美的床戲，不過，萬茜和姚元浩則說「一到棉被裡，2人就不斷用手撐棉被製造高潮。」
劉德凱、姚元浩、萬茜3人，在劇中可譽為「豪門虐戀」，場場火爆飆戲，姚元浩說：「我們都以暴制暴，拍完都像幹了體力活！」每場拍完瓊瑤阿姨更會用微博私訊他，並常誇讚姚元浩表演表情到位。瓊瑤的經典台詞，往往是觀眾關注的焦點，但對於演員來說這繞口令的台詞，常讓他們傷腦筋，萬茜、姚元浩被問及可否改詞，姚元浩則打趣說：「當然不可亂改，不然會收到阿姨私訊。」

因角色火爆，姚元浩自認「找到另一個自己」，劇中角色的情緒起伏大，常與萬茜對戲時，也因劇情太超現實而覺得演得怪；劉德凱則教導他「只要相信對方，就不會演得怪」；與凱哥對戲的過程，凡有打戲也都是來真的，讓觀眾大呼過癮。
