台北市政府社會局28日表示，委託台灣兒童暨家庭扶助基金會台北南區家扶中心辦理的「鵝媽媽育兒諮詢社區服務」，內容包括育兒諮詢服務、育兒支持團體及到府育兒協助等，成為新手爸媽和寶寶照顧者的定心丸。
民眾可利用電話和網路洽鵝媽媽育兒諮詢社區服務，即時解決育兒問題；經評估需進一步到府指導的家長，由資深保母擔任的服務員到府提供沐浴、睡眠、飲食、遊戲、幼兒生活自理等諮詢示範。
育兒支持團體也提供專業帶領照顧技巧學習服務，促進父母育兒照顧知能。
新手媽媽「小婷」說，雖然產前已做好心理準備，但寶寶一出生後，和先生兩人還是手忙腳亂，身邊也沒有長輩可以請問，當時內心很焦慮又不安，真怕自己會得產後憂鬱症。
在徬徨無助時，小婷看到鵝媽媽育兒諮詢社區服務，趕緊打電話求助。育兒諮詢服務員隨後到府指導幫新生兒洗澡、口腔清潔，克服了坐月子期間的最大困擾。
社會局長江綺雯表示，許多新手父母或弱勢家庭常因資源不足或缺乏諮詢對象，育兒過程中易產生無力及挫折，嚴重者甚至可能演變成兒童虐待。社會局結合社區保母系統保母試辦「育兒指導服務」，目前已有24 名保母加入成為育兒諮詢員，協助強化新手父母照顧幼兒能力、提供親職相關資訊，讓新生兒家庭能穩健往前走。
社會局表示，24位育兒諮詢員均為社區保母系統內合格保母，並經進一步培訓、考核脫穎而出，民眾如有育兒諮詢服務需求，可「台北家扶．鵝媽媽｣。
