大都會歌劇院案倉促一讀通過

台中大都會歌劇院是否無償交由中央經營，市府今天上午在議會正式提案，議員意見分歧，在國民黨、民進黨兩黨動員下，今天議會大會一讀會草草唸過條文，未讓議員發言就過關。

議員私下表示，3月12日在大會二、三讀時再戰。親民黨議員段緯宇說，「那有這種事，欺人太甚。」無黨籍議員黃錫嘉也說，「只生不養誰之過？」他認為，若要此案通過，應先檢討疏失，追究行政責任。
