馬侃：美不宜出兵烏克蘭

對國防事務抱持鷹派立場的美國參議員馬侃今天強調，現仍無法想像，將美軍部署到烏克蘭；不過歐巴馬總統並未起而對抗俄國總統蒲亭。

馬侃堅稱，不應出動美軍來扭轉烏克蘭局面。當地緊張情勢已迅即成為全球首要議題。

馬侃並說：「我必須十分誠實地告訴各位，現在並沒有可以使用的軍事選項。」

「不過世界最有力和最強大的國家應該會有許多選項」，包括經濟制裁以及透過列入黑名單來辨認並懲罰俄國貪官污吏。

他對歐巴馬處理烏克蘭危機的方式以及「令人不再信任美國強大的軟弱外交政策」，加以撻伐。

馬侃說：「美國總統認為，冷戰已經結束。這是好事，冷戰結束，但蒲亭並不認為已經結束。」
