屏東市歸來地區的牛蒡在東京食品展中詢問度高，已有日本、法國等多國貿易商洽談價格。

屏東縣牛蒡集中在屏東市歸來社區一帶，面積雖只13公頃左右，但因當地沙質土壤，底層黑系土質，富含磷酸質，非常適合牛蒡生長，農民引進日本柳川系黑皮品種，香氣濃郁、纖維細緻、口感香甜，不但是國內市場主流，日本更是喜愛。

屏東縣政府農業處表示，牛蒡在屏東農業面積所占比例不高，但產值可達新台幣2000多萬元，可說是「小兵立大功」。

牛蒡產銷班班長陳建中表示，3月初前往日本東京參加食品展，獲得極大迴響，詢問度很高，已有日本、法國、美國、英國及大陸貿易商洽談供貨事宜，目前只要價格談妥，預計可以外銷10幾個貨櫃。

陳建中表示，今年氣候適中，牛蒡生長情況良好，目前正值牛蒡採收期，牛蒡除鮮食外也加工成茶包、酵素、牛蒡酥等，在市場上很受歡迎。(中央社)
