原在廣達工作數年，有家庭小孩了 面試了幾天 錄取三間公司，其中光寶應該是我心中最佳選擇。 光寶(內湖SERVER) 廣達(原單位) (N+10)*12 N*20(含分紅) 年終2個月 分紅未知 工時 主管說8~9hrs 12~15hrs 每年調薪 ? 5~7 % 底薪比廣達給的很有誠意，但是這時候走少了分紅跟年終 四五十萬 光寶吸引我的工時與高底薪。只是年薪可能會差廣達10來萬 有人可以分享光寶內湖實際分紅概況嗎? 可以站內信給我討論 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.192.208.88 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1401987656.A.A44.html
