臉書擬登陸 低調北京設點

社群網站「臉書」（facebook）將到大陸北京設點，地點選在北京CBD核心區財富金融中心，但此消息尚未獲得財富金融中心與臉書團隊的證實。

「臉書」要在大陸設點早有傳聞，而現在有最新消息指出，臉書選擇了位在北京CBD核心區財富金融中心約240坪的辦公室，從辦公室可遙望「鳥巢」（國家體育場）及故宮。

據bloomberg網站報導，臉書簽下了3年的租賃合約，傳聞臉書團隊可能進駐59樓或61樓，不過目前還沒有任何的裝修或公司標誌出現。

《北京青年報》記者詢問財富金融中心，並沒有得到回應，而臉書發言人也拒絕回應是否在北京設立辦公室。

負責該大樓租賃業務的房地產經紀公司說，大樓租賃是從低樓層往高樓層出租，目前只開放到40樓而已，更高的樓層還未對外開放租賃，除非有內定情況。

雖然臉書在全球各地有許多愛好者，但大陸方面至今尚未開放民眾可自由使用「臉書」，業者對大陸設點只好低調進行，婉拒媒體採訪。
