柯震東今晨獲釋，回到下榻的北京麗晶酒店，遭媒體包圍，《東森》報導柯震東出拳毆人，他才出監不到一小時，就又開始暴衝。影片中，他走進飯店後，沿路被團團攝影記者包圍，他本來已快進電梯，突然回頭，似要向前衝，但並沒真的靠近或接觸到任何人，手也沒打到記者，就已被旁人拉進電梯。他經紀人澄清：「是因為柯爸被媒體鏡頭卡住，他想回頭拉爸爸，並沒有打人」。（娛樂中心╱北京報導）
