看到手機有"傳送訊息",可是我沒有傳訊息

前陣子我上網的時候有去一個網站下載了一個APP,是用APK檔打開下載的,我還記得那個APP是大陸的某一個APP,好像是新浪新聞還是甚麼的,之後我就刪掉了,但是之後我早上開手機我就發現我的手機會顯示說"傳送訊息",但是我去看了寄件夾也沒東西,也不知道到底是不是我點到甚麼東西因此下載到甚麼病毒???
我現在不知道該怎麼做,請問有人可以教我要怎麼檢查自己到底有沒有被騙??
