聲押頂新前總經理常梅峰 涉案層級升高

2013年11月味全油品混摻大統黑心油案，北檢聲押頂新製油前總經理常梅峰，但法院裁定無保請回。

今晚傳出彰化檢方指揮警方北上，要搜索與約談已宣布請辭的頂新製油公司董事長魏應充，證實消息有出入，原來是約談去年11月間辭職的頂新製油公司前總經理常梅峰，檢察官偵訊後，認為他涉嫌知道2012年開始從越南進口的「食用油」品質有問題，卻不予退貨，仍指示屏東工廠照常進行精煉，有違反食品衛生管理法及刑法詐欺罪嫌，並有串證之虞，向法官聲請羈押禁見。案情明顯升高，檢方將進一步偵訊頂新製油公司有關人員。

去年10月間彰化縣大統長基食品公司爆發進口的純橄欖油和葡萄籽油含有銅葉綠素，頂新製油公司整桶購買後，直接轉售給頂新集團旗下的味全公司分裝出售，當時擔任總經理的常梅峰為表示負責，去年11月初去職。
