請問~

回程 柏林TEGEL 阿姆斯特丹 台北
不過至少是在六個月後才會飛回去

而我幾天前在柏林這買了我必須用且可以退稅的商品
有拿到藍聯的袋子

請問我可以三個月內提早去退稅嗎(PS 我沒有任何退稅經驗
簽證會影響退稅資格嗎 例如 學生簽證 打工度假
