標題[請益]美商年假計算問題

最近拿到Offer的一間美商公司提到有關10天年假規定如下: 10 days'vacation. You may take this during your first year (i.e., you do not have to wait until after your 1 year anniversary to be eligible for this.) 得知10天假為第一年工作即可享有,但是不大確定上面字面的意思,假期該從哪天計算起? 假如是11月初開始工作, 代表我的年假計算方式是從到職那天起算一年? 或是依比例放今年剩下的天數,然後明年一月在開始有新的10天呢? 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.193.16.94 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1413544691.A.CF4.html
