19日是農民曆記載的好日子，新北市議員參選人紛紛成立競選總部，國民黨新北市長參選人朱立倫馬不停蹄，上午陸續出席蔣根煌(新莊)、胡淑蓉（三重）、蔡明堂（三重）、劉美芳（板橋）、曾煥嘉（板橋）、劉哲彰（新店）、陳儀君（新店）及蔡健棠（新莊）等議員參選人競選總部成立大會。下午繼續拚市政行程，晚間7時則將主持土城國民運動中心啟用典禮。

朱立倫出席新莊蔡健棠議員參選人競選總部成立大會，除親自授戰旗外，更拜託選民要全力支持蔡健棠，給蔡健棠機會進入議會，支持新北市預算及各項建設。並指台65快速道路及環快都是在他任內通車，尤其是目前全台最受歡迎標榜新莊地標的新月橋，通行後從新莊到板橋更便利，且也促進新莊老街的更繁榮。
