請問, 中華電信60M/20M, 最近會免費升速到100M嗎?

昨天接到中華電信電話, 說會將速度從60M/20M, 升速到100M
但價格降低到9xx元, 我忘了對方說多少元,
最近會從機房完成升速, 若測試有問題, 才到家裡來換數據機

都沒看到相關的新聞或消息, 這是真的嗎?
最後中華電信還問我要不要辦MOD

我目前光世代60M/20M 955元/月
數據機 zyxel P880
幾個月前已經自動升速到60M, 當時中華電信自動升速, 同時降價數十元
