sony xperia z1 使用問題

為何只要按下電源鍵(或休眠)
螢幕就會像在展示那樣一直跑出廣告
還有桌面設定的都會跑掉
就是增加或移除桌面小工具
只要休眠後就會跑回原廠設定的樣子

因我沒使用過sony系列產品
又是長輩使用沒辦法拿去門市處理
麻煩各位大大解答謝謝
