徐耀昌、潘孟安 發表臨別感言

立法委員徐耀昌與潘孟安因分別當選苗栗縣長與屏東縣長，將辭去立法委員一職，兩人上午在立法院議場發表臨別感言，並接受委員們獻花祝福。
