Compiler LR(1) & LALR parsing

(1) 我想請問LR(1)後面的lookahead要怎麼找?查了網路上的資料有的寫FIRST有的寫FOLLOW...
(2) 我想請問LALR的parsing table，在action那一塊要怎麼看shift和reduce
第一題：
S -> CC
C -> cC
C -> d
parsing table中state0、2、36的action c都是s36，action d都是s47
第二題：
S -> L = R | R
L -> *R | id
R -> L
parsing table中state0、411、6的state id都是s512，action *的話state 0和state 411都是s411，但是state 6是s11，為什麼不是s411??
