小弟有兩件事情請教 1. 目前有一個興櫃的證交稅規範 ---------------------------------------- 稅率： 15% 課稅計算公式：證券交易所得=交易金額-原始成本-費用課稅範圍：未上市未上櫃股票興櫃股票：當年度出售數量100,000股以上者若我在興櫃時買入，是否他的漲幅是從興櫃價格→上市後價格去計算15%？一直不解的是，若在興櫃中有買賣，那他最後是依照單純當時買入的金額去計算所得？ ex 興櫃190買→上市150→漲到200 ：計算是用(200-190)*.15=證所稅？興櫃170買→上市150→漲到200 ：計算是用(200-170)*.15=證所稅？ 2. 第一點的情況下，"公司配股"或者"申購抽中股"是否算在上述的15%稅中？還是公司配股是算在上市後的交易 ex 公司配股130→上市150→漲到200 ：計算是用(200-150)*.15？：計算是用(250-130)*.15？因為怎麼算都有點不太對，在興櫃中買的股，反而證交稅>漲幅的錢請各位專家解答一下，謝謝 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.133.28.140 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1419094499.A.341.html
