11月失業率3.89%　近7年同月最低水準

行政院主計總處今公布今年11月失業率，為3.89%，較10月下降0.06個百分點，是近7年同月最低水準，但仍較南韓3.5%、日本3.5%，香港3.3%來得高。另外今年1到11月平均失業率為3.97%，是近7年同期最低水準。主計總處分析，若就年輕族群及高學歷者觀察，11月大學及以上程度者失業率5.00%，則較10月下降0.15個百分點。（許麗珍／台北報導）
