目前我跟爸爸是用中華3g183方案想要加辦網路，爬文搜尋ㄧ下想要辦全能平板199 1g想請問這樣算是比較好的辦法嗎？老爸合約情況：單門號合約應該也算無綁約狀態 3g183月租，享有門號通信費帳單金額扣100，到2015/8 轉3g優惠帳單扣抵100，到2015/2。扣完大概這半年都沒繳過錢使用情況：平常打朋友家人大概都在100左右偶爾大節日之類的旺季會到200通話老爸希望在外面可以收line 信件看fb 又不希望月租太高（是說$也是我的卡在扣繳，他也沒差但是老人家就是比較節儉） Ps.如果想幫爸爸加辦購機(他現在是出門用我的舊Samsung s2、在家看影片有買iPad 給他）目前是看上Zenphone5 直接辦4g方案會比較省嗎？我是不排斥買空機我的合約：應該也是無綁約狀態門號通信費優惠？帳單金額扣100元，到2015/8，月繳83左右使用狀況：很少打電話，都不會用完月租除非上網公司家裡都有wifI 外出除了偶爾查資料或瀏覽上傳打卡fb.
