東元數位電視TL2608TV突然只能收到中視3台?

使用的電視為東元TL2608TV，有數位機上盒
原本所有頻道皆正常
但因為台視主頻道因改HD而消失
故想重新搜尋
而TL2608TV的搜頻道尋不像一般電視的搜尋
而是要選擇RF頻道
我看RF頻道的24，26，28，30，32，34都有很強的訊號
但搜尋後，卻只剩中視的3頻道(對照強度訊號值應為RF24頻道)
但其他台卻無法顯示出來
請問這是甚麼原因
打去24H客服，也說要周一才有專員可回電

原本一切正常，重新搜尋卻成悲劇
到底是為什麼??
