銀行團對頂率假扣押財部：確保債權

2015-01-05 中央社台北5日電

頂新集團旗下頂率開發聯貸新台幣65億元屆期未還，銀行團今天向法院提出假扣押申請。財政部表示，銀行團委請律師進行後續法務工作，是積極確保債權的行為。

頂率應於2014年12月31日清償65億元聯貸，但當天沒有任何清償進帳，由於未收到清償款，銀行團已正式委任律師進行後續催理的法務工作，財政部充分尊重銀行團為確保債權所採取的法律行動。

財政部次長吳當傑表示，銀行團依決議委請律師進行後續法務工作，律師會盡良善管理人受託之責，這些後續的法務工作是為了積極確保銀行團債權。

根據兆豐銀行估計，頂率聯貸的抵押品為味全公司位於三重區的工業用地，現值約200億元，足以擔保銀行團的65億元債權。
