郎咸平：大陸房地產市場走向常態化

大陸財經專家郎咸平17日指出，大陸房地產市場將逐漸走向常態化，好漲壞跌，他直言，房市產能過剩是無說八道。

中國新聞網報導，郎咸平在論壇上發表上述言論，他認為房市走勢將趨向常態化，而常態化就是房地產的正常狀態，「好的漲，壞的跌，實屬正常。」

此外，郎咸平還告誡，選擇房產要仔細選擇，以住宅為例，學區房、地鐵房以及剛需房是首選條件。
