公務人員保障暨培訓委員會今天指出，考試院「高階文官培訓飛躍方案」，今年訓練20日起開始報名，且今年起參加訓練並經評鑑合格的學員，將納入我國新建置的高階公務人員人才資料庫，提供各機關高階主管職務出缺時晉用的重要查詢參考。

保訓會說，這項訓練是發展性訓練，目的在培育具備晉升下一階段職務所需職能的人才，分別開辦管理、領導及決策發展訓練3種班別，以為簡任第十二職等、第十三職等及第十四職等高階主管或相當職務培育未來接班人，除公務人員，部分名額開放產、學界及非政府組織高階主管報名，報名到3月1日。
