南韓經濟成長創2年多來最慢

彭博報導，南韓經濟擴張速度創2年多來最慢，凸顯總統朴槿惠和南韓央行面臨刺激成長的挑戰。

南韓央行韓國銀行今天表示，去年12月止這3個月的國內生產毛額（GDP）較前1季成長0.4%，符合彭博訪調的分析師預估中值，且創下2012年第3季來最弱的增長幅度。

在手機補貼新規定抑制手機銷售，及政府減少開支等「特別」因素影響後，南韓央行預估2015年季成長將加快到約1%。朴槿惠政府計劃今年預算達創紀錄的375.4兆韓元，並改革勞動市場和金融業來支撐成長。

HI投資證券公司（HI Investment & SecuritiesCo.）首席經濟師朴相鉉（Park Sang Hyun，音譯）在數據發布前說：「出口不如上季預期的好，我沒有看到太多復甦動能，全球成長前景烏雲壟罩。」朴相鉉表示，他看到下行風險，預測目前這季成長達0.7%。
