擁有一張神似日本女星廣末涼子的可愛臉孔，還是早稻田大學碩士，7年級生陳姿樺懷抱創業夢，放棄百萬年薪，到日本鯛魚燒老店當學徒，從打掃做起，鑽研9個月，才習得技藝；2013年初，陳姿樺返台創「若葉鯛魚燒」，使用日本食材、器皿，售價比行情貴了一倍，連虧半年，最慘時，單日營業額僅1050元，幸好堅持自製內餡、現點現烤，名號才漸響；望著陳姿樺白皙手背上的燙傷痕跡，她爽朗笑說：「那是廚師必經的路。」
