李全教涉嫌賄選案續追查金錢流向

台南市議長李全教涉嫌市議長選舉賄選，今天凌晨遭羈押，李已委託律師提抗告。檢方懷疑還有部分人，除追查金錢流向，近日將傳喚到案說明。

台南地院是以李全教、民進黨台南市黨部評委會召集人蔡啟新、前台南縣議員楊明達、林聰彬涉嫌選罷法第100條第1項的行求、行賄罪，且犯罪嫌疑重大，又四人供詞與部分證人供述不符，因還有其他共犯、證人未到案，認為有串證之虞，裁定羈押。
