安心辦年貨市場磅秤合格率99.7%

距離農曆春節不到1星期，各地年貨大街均見民眾趕辦年貨，經濟部標準檢驗局今天公布首波抽查市場磅秤年節專案檢查結果，合格率高達99.7%，民眾可以安心購物。

標檢局首波針對全國年貨大街、傳統市場、大型量販店及超級市場等246處所使用磅秤進行抽檢，總計檢查1萬7627台磅秤。

根據標檢局抽查結果，共1萬7574台磅秤合格，不合格僅53台。

不合格情形包括49台超出檢查公差（28台消費者較吃虧、21台消費者占便宜），另有4台合格單脫落，目前不合格磅秤都已加貼停止使用單，並持續追蹤列管，確保不再使用。

標檢局表示，若攤商繼續使用檢查不合格磅秤而被查獲，將處新台幣1萬5000元以上、7萬5000元以下罰鍰。
