水情吃緊，新北林口及板新、桃園、新竹、苗栗、台中、彰化北部、台南及高雄後天將進入第二階段限水，擔當北台灣供水重任的石門水庫蓄水量嚴重偏低，掛在水庫旁水利署「有水當思無水之苦」標語，反應無水旱象。
