關於D/A、D/P文件內容的製作

請問各位高手
我有一份D/A 90天的文件要製作
但客戶要求
收貨的地址要變更
但託收文件部分客戶的地址和以前一樣

請問這樣是
提單上Consignee的部分要做收貨的地址
提單上的notify部分和invoice上的維持原樣即可嗎?

另外還有一份D/P文件
因為客戶於2014年多付款給我們80元美金
於這次出貨要扣回此筆款項
要求我們的文件要做出詳細交代
請問有達人有經驗
可否告知invoice文件內容該如何完整描述?
