請問E3換i7能跑多人全效能嗎?

我朋友說E3跟i7速度差很多
所以我原本買了E3我今天把退貨推差價1600換成i7-4790
這樣真的比較好嗎朋友說E3是山寨I7 沒法跟真正的I7比
我是希望配備能達到在24LL,XS開全效能場面30個人都不會頓一下,E3,i7能辦到嗎
顯卡是750TI,記憶體16G
