iphone備份轉存Android(很急20點!!

iphone在五月有備份過一次 ,iTunes編輯裡的喜好設定→裝置 也有備份紀錄
而備份檔案也有存在Backup的資料夾裡頭
那我想請問我換了Android版的手機,我該如何把iphone之前的聯絡人全部用到Android那裏? 非常困擾阿 有什麼辦法嗎?
