惡人先告狀　闖紅燈還告人　檢不起訴

【孫友廉／新北報導】劉姓女子（35歲）今年3月1日下午3時許，騎機車路過新北市鶯歌區鶯桃路，往鶯歌方向，卻在永和街的丁字路口，與二段式左轉、要往永和街方向，年約40餘歲王姓女機車騎士發生擦撞，劉、王兩女均當場倒地受傷。
 
王女對劉女提出過失傷害罪告訴，說劉女闖紅燈，而劉女則覺得麻煩未提告。新北地檢察署檢察官調閱現場監視錄影，比對交通號誌時相、紅綠燈秒數後，發現肇事當時，被告的劉女行車方向應是黃燈要準備轉換為紅燈，提告的王女則還在紅燈，應是王女闖紅燈，因此將劉女不起訴。
