【羅雨函／綜合報導】第50屆韓國大鐘獎前晚揭曉，以賣座片《7號房的禮物》入圍最佳女演員的7歲童星葛素媛，雖然角逐影后失利，敗給在《蒙太奇》有精湛演出的前輩嚴正花，但是葛素媛在紅毯的可愛模樣，仍令大眾印象深刻。
 
她正處在換牙期，雖缺了2顆大門牙，還未長出新牙，但仍舊開心地張大嘴巴展現笑容，配上優雅的蕾絲童裝，頭上還戴了銀色的皇冠裝飾，盡顯可愛，成為星光大道的焦點之一。她在本屆大鐘獎獲得評審特別獎，《7號房的禮物》男主角柳承龍則與《觀相》宋康昊同時獲得最佳男主角獎。
