台南再現毒澱粉 食藥署：從重處罰

台南茂利澱粉廠遭查出澱粉含有順丁烯二酸，由於茂利在今年五月毒澱粉事件已經遭開罰，這次又涉嫌隱匿不報，食品藥物管理署將建議地方衛生單位從重開罰。

茂利在今年五月被查出販售毒澱粉，已遭勒令銷毀32公噸化製澱粉，同時開罰12萬元；事隔半年又再查出另一個倉庫有240公噸毒澱粉庫存，業者涉嫌隱藏一整個倉庫的毒澱粉未通報。

食品藥物管理署副署長姜郁美表示，隱匿不報可重罰300萬元，將建議地方從重處罰；她也表示，茂利的行為不但涉及隱匿，違法添加順丁烯二酸最重可處1500萬元，如果移送法辦也可以處負責人三年以下有期徒刑，拘役或併科800萬元以下罰金。
