最近在應徵某家保全工作，上班時間是07:00AM~07:00PM,做4休1,月薪31900 請問這樣的薪水和工時合理嗎? 然後對方公司要我簽一個人事保證書大略的內容如下: =========================================================================== 立保證書人OOO(以下簡稱保證人)同意保證XXX於貴公司任職期間 絕對遵守 貴公司一切規章，謹慎工作，如有違法舞弊、擅離職守或 其它違反 貴公司人事管理規章，以至 貴公司蒙受損害時，無論發現 系在職或離職後﹐均由本人完全擔保負連帶賠償之責任，自願放棄先 訴抗辯權，並同意本保證書涉訟時以台北地方法院第一審管轄法院， 特立本保證書為憑。 =========================================================================== 對方是說這個類似緊急聯絡人，不過我怎麼看都覺得很奇怪， 想請問一下我是不是該請家人幫我簽這個東西? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.74.172
