是的, 你有權利將長過來的植物修到你們的界線上...不能過界去他們那邊.

如果你要做個好鄰居. 可以先跟對方講說"長過來了", 你們下個星期會動手剪修. 要不要整個一起修. 會比較漂亮. 如果對方沒有表示什麼, 你們就應該馬上動手整理超過的部分.
